Why isn't he working?

Could someone help me out with why Nickserv isn't working? Maybe I am just doing it wrong but i do not think he is working, This is really starting to annoy me. So could some get him working

It's because there has been a netsplit, so there are no services at all at the moment.
Hopefully normal service will resume shortly

Sorry about that ...
The server that services was running on was unexpectantly rebooted. Everything should be fine now.
