Hi, this is Fuu_Hououji, usually on the #anime channel. I've tried to log on and have found I've been banned for having an 'open proxy'. this is news to me, and I'd like some help clearing my system and making sure i don't have anything unpleasant lurking on my pc, and getting the ban undone when I am confirmed ok

Hi, I mainly use the #anime room. I was logged on earlier, and reset my pc. when I tried to log in in, i found I was banned because of an 'open proxy'.  I'm running virus and anti-spyware programs at the moment to see if anything could be casuing this problem, and I hope I can get some help and ideas and eventually undo the ban if it is possible

further to my previous post, a virus scan unearthed a trojan that has now been deleted.
